Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Rent needs to get paid in full by the 5th or there will be a $40 late fee applied on th emorning of the 6th.

The monthly charges to your account will be the sum of your rent, communications and utilities along with parking if you have a permit.  Any balance not paid will be added to your total for the next month.  You can call the office for the exact amount or any other questions you may have.
